Manage Permissions for VMs

description

Hyper-V does not have a user-friendly means of managing user rights on individual VMs. It relies on AzMan (Authorization Manager) and a Scope property on a WMI class: The Scope property's value is a text string referenced by the Hyper-V Authorization Store (an XML file by default). Hyper-V then enforces rights declared in the Authorization Store, structed as Roles (group of Rights) associated with a Scope.

I want a .NET API to manipulate configuration of Roles, Rights and Scopes.
